Pentagon Wages Information Warfare

This is a very intriguing article: Pentagon Wages Information Warfare. Time is short and I can't react to this as I'd like. Perhaps tomorrow.

Evening, Sir. Sorry to be anonymous, I don't want a site of my own, don't have the time, I do too much reading and posting to run a site. About this article, are people serious!! The military has used "disinformation" since the advent of mass media. George 1 used pamphleteers against the French and Dutch when the majority of people could not read, for godsakes. The very fact that our Officer Corp even worries about what the press thinks of them is a bit frightening. And as for the adversarial nature of the MSM, who are they kidding?!? Anyone who does not accept that at face value is self-delusional to the point of needing their throats swabbed out so as not to drown on their own spit. Sorry for the graphic picture, it just needed to be said. My personal veiw on media in the mid-east is that the only thing that should be broadcast between Pakistan and Libiya is what we send down from satelite in geo-sync orbit. A little drastic, yes, but what do you expect from a lowtech,.30 cal, map&compass, redleg grunt. Well, enough rambling insanity for now, 2Hotel9 signing off.
